(1), sand irrigation process: the grass seedlings are filled with round-eyed sand particles, and the grass seedlings are fixed with quartz sand, so that the grass seedlings do not fall, and the sand is irrigated to the remaining height of the grass seedlings within 1 cm, and the rubber particles are spread on the surface of the grass seedlings, and the laying should be uniform. Grass seedlings should not be infused with grains of sand with edges to prevent athletes from being harmed.
(2) When spreading, artificial one-shaped sowing is used, and quartz sand requires more than 80% roundness.
(3) After the artificial turf field material is indeed installed, quartz sand and rubber particles can be laid.
(4) The laying of quartz sand divides the application area into a small area below one square meter according to the concept of integral method, and then fills in the quartz sand with a normative amount of 25%.
(5) The laying of quartz sand should be checked whether it is flat and sufficient, and the deficiencies need to be supplemented as appropriate.
Notes:
a. Any impurities found in the paving should be removed immediately to ensure quality.
b. After the completion of the quartz sand paving, it is necessary to use a brush with a hard brush to pave the brush back and forth to make the quartz sand fall fully dense.
c. Then fill the quartz sand with rubber particles, and its application is in the same way as the quartz sand.
